**Responsibilities**:

- Demand Forecasting: Utilize advanced statistical models and data analytics to forecast demand for ToYou product portfolio across various locations and timeframes
- Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain and Operations, to ensure inventory accuracy and availability
- Collaborative Planning: Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to gather input and align on demand planning strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate information exchange
- Demand Variability Management: Monitor and assess demand variability factors such as seasonality, promotions, and market events
- Develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks and optimize supply chain processes
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate key performance metrics such as availability, forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and service levels
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance demand planning effectiveness

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience (5+ years) in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics roles, preferably in the E-commerce, food-tech, or consumer goods industry
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R)
- Proficiency in demand planning software and systems (Odoo, Axapta, SAP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles, including inventory optimization, demand variability, and stock availability
