**Project Description**:
Bechtel has recently been awarded the PMC of The New Murabba Project Infrastructure” which will be built around the concept of sustainability, featuring green areas and walking and cycling paths that will enhance the quality of life by promoting healthy, active lifestyles and community activities. It will also feature an iconic museum, a technology and design university, a multipurpose immersive theater, and more than 80 entertainment and culture venues.

The project will be situated at the intersection of King Salman and King Khalid roads to the North West of Riyadh, over an area of 19 square kilometers, to accommodate hundreds of thousands of residents. The project will offer more than 25 million sqm of floor area, featuring more than 104,000 residential units, 9,000 hotel rooms, and more than 980,000 sqm of retail space, as well as 1.4 million sqm of office space, 620,000 sqm of leisure assets, and 1.8 million sqm of space devoted to community facilities.

The New Murabba project will offer a unique living, working and entertainment experience within a 15-minute walking radius and will have its own internal transport system. It will be approximately 20-minutes' drive from the airport.

**Position Summary**:
**Major Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement geospatial-centric solutions to enable construction logístical planning and sequencing.
- Create 4D visualizations using GIS and BIM technology to animate the sequence of heavy haul routes and material handling.
- Use GIS to create geospatial-centric solutions for parcel management and land allocation.
- Managing GIS and inter-operability with other BIM/CAD tools (i.e., Revit, Civil3D, 2D CAD, etc.) to maximize GIS value-proposition throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop technical approaches and methodologies for supporting cross-functional process improvement by developing process maps, information input/output requirements and execution plans for the required tasks
- Support field geo data collection, workflows and forms using ArcGIS survey 123, punchlisting, progress tracking using Drones/ Lidar per for the approved use-cases
- Integrate multiple data sources accessible thru the GIS portal
- Use GIS data for reporting, dashboarding and trending
- Support the deployment of GIS solutions, documenting workflows and user guides and providing training to the project team
- Create and maintain logistics plan / model in GIS and AutoCAD Format and issues drawings as required
- Use GIS tools for construction logistics to simulate movement of people and materials around site, visualize traffic flows and land area usage, manage land use conflicts, and temporary ownership of areas during construction.
- Create easy ways to visualize construction progress to enable logistics planning.
- Incorporate 3D models, site images, drone data, and field inputs into the logistics model.
- Propose innovations to improve system implementations

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- M.S. in Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of GIS experience including
- Knowledge of integrating GIS tools with other engineering automation tools such as Revit, Infraworks, Civil3D, AutoCAD, P6, PowerApps and other Autodesk/Bentley integrated solutions.
- Deploying web-based GIS and GIS online solutions create dashboards for data visualization.
- Customizing and automating GIS tasks using scripting and programming.
- System administration of GIS and related software and training of GIS users
- Understanding and awareness of the technology and toolsets required for information production, particularly within the BIM, CAD and GIS technical domain
