HR Manager Saudi Arabia

As HR Manager you will report hierarchically to the General Manager of Newrest Saudi Arabia based in Sharma. You will be in charge to supervise the Human resources at country level for our Neom project including 250 employees to start with.
**Main tasks**:
- Efficiently manage your team by assisting and delegating tasks.
- Ensure that all HR related administrative procedures are duly done in a timely manner (medical reports, clearances, residence renewal, personal expenses, payroll, contracts, etc).
- Handle the administrative VISA process for employees
- Manage his department team and suggest improvement to the GM for implementations.
- Be part of the head of department weekly committee.
- Prepare and submit on time different reports such as monthly HR KPI and daily movement report.
- Achieve the assigned objectives and targets;
- Ensuring the HR data base is constantly filled with accurate and updated data and issue on monthly basis a status report identifying upcoming expiring documents and be proactive in the required renewal.
- Manage the payroll
- Evaluating, proposing & implementing any idea, project or process that is benefiting the company’s profitability.
- Developing Job Descriptions and preparing Advertisement for recruitment of staff.
- Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management in order to reduce high staff turnover.
- Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
- Advising / communicating to management on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
- Interpreting and advising on employment legislation.
- Analyzing training needs in conjunction with the departmental managers.
- Establish objectives of your reporting staff (to be communicated to the General Manager)
**Profile**:
\- At least a bachelor degree in business administration, a master degree in HR management would be preferred
\- 5 years of experience in HR management, operational and administrative process
\- A previous experience in hospitality area and project start up environment would be a real plus
\- English fluent, Arabic would be appreciated
\- Strong public relations and communication skills
\- A good knowledge of labor law in Saudi is mandatory
\- Experience in Saudi is ideal
\- Knowledge of recruitment in Asia, Central Asia is a plus
\- Flexible, efficient and pragmatic, able to navigate multicultural and a complex environment

**Neom Project**:
Newrest will support the construction and operations project for a Village Construction Of 10 000 POB at peak.
This village will be one of the main camp supporting different projects for the “City of the Future”: NEOM that will spread across 170km. Newrest will handle mostly the catering for construction employees, Managers and VIP’s.
