**Role Purpose**:
Contribute to:

- Development and implementation of multi-modal mobility systems and services to be deployed in the company
- Analysis, evaluation and design for integrating and implementing all mobility modes and their infrastructure requirements including mobility hubs and service configuration
- Activation of all mobility services and modes in the company
- Activation of the company’s Regional and Urban Mobility company/transit agency

**Lead on**:

- Analysis on digital mobility systems, networks and services and their integration with the company’s regional and urban plans
- Development and implementation of a fully integrated and inter-modal mobility platform for both front and backend services, fleet management, regulatory supervision and user services
- Analysis, evaluation, feasibility and configuration of required ICT/Tech&Digital infrastructure, platforms and services (in cooperation with the company’s Tech&Digital sector)
- Planning and development of initial digital mobility platform architecture and services
- Planning and development of integrated digital mobility services for high speed and local passenger transit, freight and urban goods solutions, air mobility/air taxis, water mobility and autonomous shuttles and shared mobility options
- Operations design, planning and service configuration for all modes
- Digital mobility business case development across modes and financial planning
- Procurement of all related components of a digital services and intermodal mobility platform
- Development of required partnerships, joint ventures and/or supply chain relationships to enable the full build out and activation of the company’s platform
- Any other responsibilities as may be required.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in designing and evaluating digitally enabled multi-modal smart mobility systems including public transit and shared mobility
- Professional experience and competence in required ICT/Tech&Digital solutions for smart mobility/ITS systems
- Professional experience knowledge of software and modelling tools for optimizing multi-modal mobility systems and infrastructures
- Professional experience and competence in business case analysis and development as well as financial modelling and planning
- Strong communication, performance and program management skillsets
- Understanding of commercial mobility services design and configuration
- Experience in working across government, industry and municipal project development

**Qualifications**
- Graduate/postgraduate degree in transportation operations and systems, and/or computer/information science, engineering, business or related disciplines with a clear focus on innovative transport and mobility provision and digital mobility services
- Minimum 20 years’ work experience at appropriate level in mobility or transport services with a focus on digital/intermodal platform design and delivery
- Expert knowledge of mobility and transport operations and services, in particular with shared and intermodal service offerings.
- Expert knowledge of digital mobility systems requirements and related competencies in artificial intelligence, software development, platform design and user integration
- Experience in business and service modeling as well as systems design
- Experience of working across multi-disciplinary teams and organizational units in developing and implementing projects in complex environments
- Self-starting and self-motivating and with an ability to deliver to project deadlines and requirements
- Articulate and with an ability to interact with a diverse set of professional disciplines, partners and stakeholders at senior and executive level
- Professional presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex solutions to both internal and external stakeholders
