**المهام والوصف الوظيفي**:

- معالجة الاتصالات الهاتفية إعداد دليل مُختص بالهواتف والعناوين
- استقبال المكالمات الهاتفية القادمة ومعرفة المتصل، والهدف من اتصاله وتحويل الاتصال إلى الجهة المُختصة
- إجراء الاتصالات للمدير وتدوين المكالمات الهاتفية والغرض منها للمدير.
- إعداد المراسلات تحرير المادة المكتوبة. طبع المادة المُحررة
- إجراء تصدير للمراسلات الصادرة. تصوير المستندات والأوراق المطلوبة
- تصميم النماذج المطلوبة من أجل العمل
- تنظيم الاجتماعات حجز القاعات من أجل الاجتماعات
- توجيه الدعوات للمشاركين في الاجتماع وتجهيز قاعة الاجتماع
- استقبال المُشاركين في الاجتماع وتدوين الملاحظات وتوزيع أوراق الاجتماع
- تنظيم مواعد المدير العام تسجيل بيانات الزوار وعرض الأجندة على المدير وتجهيز البيانات للمدير
- ترتيب السفريات جمع البيانات المُرتبطة بالسفر وعمل الحجوزات اللازمة ومُتابعتها وإعداد ملف السفر وإخبار الجهة المُضيفة عن موعد وصول المدير وإلغاء الزيارة وِفقاً لطلب المدير
- تنظيم محفوظات الإدارة تجهيز المكان المُناسب من أجل الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وتصنيف المحفوظات وترميز المحفوظات وفهرسة المحفوظات وإتلاف المحفوظات غير المُستخدمة وجلب الملفات عند طلبها
- متابعة أعمال الإدارة تحديد الموضوعات التي تحتاج إلى مُتابعة. الاطلاع على ملف المتابعة بشكل يومي. اتخاذ الإجراءات المُلائمة من أجل متابعة الموضوع. حفظ الموضوع بعد الانتهاء منه في ملفه الخاص
- استخدام تطبيقات الحاسب الآلي مُعالجة النصوص، والبيانات من خلال استعمال برنامج Word
- تصميم عرض الشرائح من خلال استعمال برنامج power point
- إنشاء الجداول باستعمال برنامج Excel
- تنظيم المواعيد باستعمال برنامج Out Look
- إنشاء قواعد بيانات الإدارة باستعمال برنامج Access
- تصميم الهيكل التنظيمي للإدارة. مُتابعة كل جديد من برامج الحاسب الآلي
- إنشاء الأعمال المرتبطة بشؤون العاملين في الإدارة إعداد الخطابات المرتبطة بطلبات مُوظفي الإدارة
- تنسيق إجازات العاملين
- رفع التقارير المتعلقة بحضور وانصراف العاملين للإدارة المختصة
- تنسيق إجراءات الأعمال الإضافية للعاملين

- بكالوريوس
- خبرة مناسبة
