**هدف الدور**

المسؤول عن تعزيز نمو الإيرادات من خلال استقطاب واكتساب وتطوير عملاء جدد على عدة خطوط منتجات، لتسريع استراتيجية الانتقال إلى السوق ومن خلال فرص العملاء الحالية بناءً على توجيه مدير تطوير الأعمال وفقًا لاستراتيجية المبيعات المتبعة لتحقيق الأهداف التجارية.

**المسؤوليات الرئيسية**
- توليد عملاء جدد يؤدي إلى المبيعات بناءً على قائمة شهرية وربع سنوية ونصف سنوية مهيكلة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ حملات مبيعات / تسويق متكاملة
- قيادة وتعزيز مشاركة العملاء بما في ذلك الاجتماعات الاستكشافية والعروض والتخطيط الاستراتيجي مع قدرات / ممارسات مارش.
- مهارات في العروض التجارية، وقيادة العروض التجارية الفردية وتقديم قدرات مارش.
- بناء علاقات جيدة مع عملاء المحتملين
- تحقيق الأهداف المبيعات السنوية الفردية كما هو محدد من قبل مدير تطوير الأعمال
- التخطيط وتطوير أفكار عمل جديدة
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للعملاء الجدد باستخدام تطبيق SalesForce عبر الإنترنت
- تزويد مدير تطوير الأعمال بتقارير مبيعات وإنتاجية دقيقة
**الكفاءات**
- خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات في صناعة التأمين
- ارتباطات قوية مع الشركات والصناعات ذات الإمكانات التجارية
- أسلوب هاتف ممتاز ومهارات البيع
- طبيعة سارة، ومهارات اتصال وتواصل جيدة
- مهارات التفكير الاستراتيجي والقدرة على التعامل مع مهام ومشاريع متعددة
**المعرفة والمهارات الخاصة**
- فهم جيد لصناعة التأمين ومهارات إدارة المشاريع.
**متطلبات**
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التمويل مرغوب فيها
- مؤهلات التأمين CII / ACII هي زائد
- شهادة في ممارسة المبيعات - ستكون تنفيذ أفضل الممارسات أصل
- خبرة مبيعات لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات
- خبرة في شركة التأمين / الوساطة ستكون زائدة
- لغة انجليزية ممتازة كتابة وتحدث
- مهارات تقديم ممتازة ومهارات التفاوض والتواصل بين الأشخاص
- اللغتين ميزة اضافية
