Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
**Overview**:

- **Business Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities for growth, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Analyze data and market feedback to refine and optimize business development strategies.
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead client acquisition efforts, including proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful conversion of leads into long-term business partnerships.
- **Revenue Generation**:
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients and projects.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Provide input into product development and marketing strategies based on market feedback.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successful business development in a senior role, with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Ability to travel as needed.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in business development, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role.
