Field Technical Support Graduate program

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Then we have the right opportunity for you We are looking for a Field Engineering Graduate to join The High Performance Computing (HPC) team In this amazing role, you will be a technical expert for our customer’s organization in the HPC space incorporating the most high end technology across the globe.

How you’ll make your mark:

- Support the team embracing Engineering challenges and problem solving
- Learn how to install and implement High Performance Computing (HPC) solutions
- Learn how to repair and maintain the systems
- Get exposure to a variety of customers
- Have the opportunity to rotate with various engineer for a varied role
- Learn about HPE HPC products and become part of the selected few HPC experts in the IT industry.

About you:

- You’ll have achieved or in process of achieving a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering or a technology related area of study.
- You’ll have some experience of putting theory into practice either through working experience or educationally.
- You have good Problem-solving skills
- Willing to be working with hardware issues and troubleshooting techniques.
- Willing to work our of working hours at a client facing environment.
- You have good communication skills
- Basic Knowledge of compilers, computer architecture and Software’s, network protocols, Routers, switches, Hardware design will be an advantage
