Al Borg Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic health services, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Patient Experience Officers to join our team. As a Patient Experience Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients have a positive and satisfactory experience throughout their journey with us.

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
- Register and check-in patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is obtained.
- Verify insurance information and assist with the completion of necessary forms.
- Provide patients with information on services, appointments, and wait times.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and effective manner.
- Ensure patient comfort and well-being during their visit, including assisting with mobility and providing necessary support.
- Coordinate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and timely delivery of services.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify areas for improvement in patient experience and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry standards related to patient care and experience.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in medical field
- Professional License SCFHS is a must
- Prior experience in a customer service or patient-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Empathetic and patient-focused, with the ability to provide exceptional care and support to patients and their families.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic health record software.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
