As a Planning Administrator you’ll support the planning and coordination of various activities within the DC, ensuring planning processes run efficiently, resources are allocated effectively, and timelines are met. As a Reporting Administrator you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data reporting, analysis, and presentation. Both roles contribute to the effectiveness of cross-functional teams.

As part of your key responsibilities in administration planning you’ll:

- Assist and monitor the development and execution of project plans and schedules
- Coordinate and facilitate relevant teams to ensure alignment, free flow of information and adherence to project timelines
- Help allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure the successful execution of DC Operations and tasks
- Maintain records of planning documents, project schedules, and related information
- Generate and distribute regular status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project/DC progress
- Analyze planning data contributing to data-driven decision-making by providing insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Key responsibilities in administration reporting means you’ll:

- Collect, compile, monitor, maintain and organize data from various sources ensuring accuracy, integrity and completeness
- Create, customize, maintain and distribute reports and visualizations in a timely manner using reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power point)
- Analyze data to identify trends and key performance metrics, to provide insights and recommendations
- Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, report templates, and data analysis methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and provide support as needed

**About You**
- Excellent Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint presentation
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role
- Efficiently manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling
- Good attention to detail
- Effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and vendors
- Ability to identify and address planning-related challenges and provide effective solutions
- Ability to adjust plans and strategies in response to changing circumstances
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and departments
