Nespresso worldwide since its launch has enjoyed growth year on year. Our ambitions for coming years are sky high. Currently we are looking for **Public Relations and Events Specialist** with the mission to:
Develop and execute PR activities to drive awareness and engagement among external stakeholders about the company’s activities to positively shape public perception, enhance brand image and brand equity and protect reputation, leveraging Nespresso's key brand priorities of Coffee Expertise, Sustainability and Innovation. In addition, you will implement the Corporate and Brand PR strategy based on local brand and business priorities and objectives.

**A Day in the Life of a Public Relations and Events Specialist**:

- Implement and execute creative PR strategies and approaches to bring alive key B2C and B2C initiatives and product launches in an impactful and engaging way
- Leverage and localise global PR guidelines with local brand team
- Support on Brand PR and influencer relations with Communications Brand Manager in general and administrative aspects
- Work with Brand Communications Manager and PR agency to manage the local Nespresso influencer programme to drive advocacy on coffee expertise and develop adhoc engagement programmes to support campaigns and activities and support markets in driving impactful local influencer strategy
- Develop and review press releases, Q&As, press kits and sharable social content for key campaign (incl. product launches) with PR agency
- Provide assistance in the planning and organisation of local events (Media, Consumer and Commercial events); Assist in developing appropriate communication materials
- Review media and KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) sponsorship requests
- Manage the set-up of events and conduct any follow up during the event to ensure Nespresso standards are maintained throughout the event

**What will make you successful**:

- Bachelors' Degree (or equivalent) in PR, Communications Marketing, or Business Administration
- 1 - 2 years of experience in PR and Event Management
- Affinity with digital marketing and social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong, effective internal & external winning relationships
- High awareness of trends
- Proficient in English & Arabic
- Experience in Sustainability would be a plus
