The project: This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia. Our values shape the way we consult, and define the people we want to join us on our journey, they are: Safety first - Going home safe and well Client focus - Deliver on our promise Integrity - Always do the right thing Create opportunity for our people to excel You’ll be responsible for: Supports the bidding process, ensuring OD methodology is embedded into bid and mobilisation plans. Creates and prepares pre-mobilisation and mobilisation plans for the projects/programmes as required, in advance of contract award. Proactively builds relationships with project/programme senior leadership teams, to understand their challenges and concerns related to organisational effectiveness and/or team collaboration, working with them to guide and steer the agenda. Identifies and measures team performance maturity/organisational effectiveness maturity, sharing progress and concerns with the project leadership, creates action plans to maintain and increase maturity/effectiveness. maturity/effectiveness/collaborative behaviour, provides expert discipline advice and counsel. Builds the capability of leaders and their teams through coaching, facilitation and/or targeted organisational effectiveness improvement solutions. Manages and drives the programme of work, with external providers, to ensure targeted interventions with maximum impact. Works with leads and the internal communication resource for the project/programme (where they are in place) to ensure OD work aligns with project policies and is consistent with and embedded through communications. Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
