Client Relation Manager

We are hiring on behalf of a global leading E-Commerce platform, specializing in the live streaming business, currently going through swift expansions in the Gulf Region.
This role can be worked 100% remotely although regular travels to visit client sites may be expected (Mostly in Riyadh and Jeddah).
**Key Deliverables**
1. Responsible for the resource expanding, develop and deepen the resources in GCC region, and expand local cooperation resources such as MCN institutions/communication operators/advertising companies/talent agencies to achieve business goals.
2. Responsible for business development, strategic/marketing/branding cooperation, such as online and offline promotion campaign.
3. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
4. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
5. Formulate operation strategy based on the user, client demand, and local market trend. Aim to increase the market share and dominate the live-streaming industry of the middle east.
**Skills and Qualifications**
**1. Fluent in Arabic and English.**
2. Excellent team work spirit, good communication and presentation skills; Strong team management and leadership.
3. **1-3 year work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager,** Sales Account Manager, or relevant role; Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
5. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Goal-oriented.
6. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
