- Develops strategies together with the operation teams for client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Acts as primary point of contact for Key Clients.
- Works closely with Sales and Customer support teams
- Helps the teams to build trusting and long-term relationships with the key stakeholders
- Understands well the Client business needs and pain points and address them accordingly aligning with relevant departments
- Collaborates with operation teams to create tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Communicates Client feedback to internal stakeholders
- Supports contract negotiations with Clients as needed.
- Actively seeks and introduces new Clients and segments.
- Monitors market trends to identify opportunities for new offerings

Minimum Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sales/Business Management or equivalent
- Master’s degree is preferred
- minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in managing client relation and /or business development in a similar or similar organization.
- At least 5 years in positions of key accounts management.
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English essential.
