**Role Description**:
As a Recurring Business Specialist at Innovative Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our recurring business revenue streams. You will work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to maximize customer retention and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts. Your main responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive recurring business growth through strong account management and customer relationship building.
- Proactively identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to propose tailored solutions and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement account plans and strategies.
- Track and report on recurring business metrics and KPIs to management.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of recurring business models and revenue streams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
