**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Promote our award-winning Orchard Wellness resort based in Melaka to the Arab Market
- Maintain immediate communication with the property to provide quick and timely responses to customers inquiries pertaining to resort
- Build postive rapport and maintain strong relationship with customers
- Coordinate site inspections and promote our resort rooms and facilities for suitable events such as weddings, wellness programmes and etc
- Collect deposit, obtain full payment and follow up on outstanding account
- Represent resort in various events, exhibitions and tradeshows
- Coordinate with E-Commerce team on guest’s feedback, occupancy level and going rates
- Monitor our honey & health products' online presence, traffic and sales activities
- Analyze and improve online business performance
- Gather customers feedback regularly to improve our service quality
- Ensure accurate and updated appearance of our website
- Any other related work assigned by management

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Willing to be based in our HQ office in Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia**:

- **Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English. Able to undertake the role of translator from Arabic > English and vice versa**:

- **Fresh graduates welcomed to apply.**:

- 1 year experience as Sales Coordinator in resort hospitality, travel or related industry highly advantageous
- Complete knowledge of resort services and our honey & health products is essential
- Strong creative approach to develop and close sales
- Energetic, dynamic and confident personality
- Excellent inter-personal and convincing skills
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, meticulous, self-discipline and dedicate to work
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Preferably able to join immediately or short notice

**Salary**: Up to ﷼2,100.00 per month
