**ROLE DETAILS**:
Are you an experienced automotive leader with a proven track record of success? Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales and aftersales growth?

Our client, a highly respected automotive dealership based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an exceptional **General Manager** to join their team and take charge of their operations.

As General Manager, you will have full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the dealership. Your leadership skills will be tested as you guide and inspire a talented team to succeed and deliver great customer service in both sales and after-sales departments. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring the dealership remains a regional market leader.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, aftersales, finance, and administration.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and maximise profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver world-class customer service.
- Foster a positive and customer-centric culture throughout the dealership.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the manufacturer.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a General Manager managing a premium or luxury automotive brand.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be advantageous).

**The Package**

Competitive salary of SR 60,000 per month, plus furnished accommodation, company car, annual flight ticket, private healthcare and a highly attractive performance-related bonus of between 3 to 6 months' salary.
