- rovide analysis and evaluation of claims, including: E
- valuation of both contractual and legal entitlement. I
- dentify, collect, and evaluate relevant facts and records. C
- ollate related information and provide analysis based on facts, records, and the contract requirements. P
- repare, brief, and advise strategies for claim resolution, defenses, and counter-claims. C
- onduct an analytical study of the claims and identify initial indicators and observations. P
- repare reports and recommendations related to claims and disputes. E
- valuate quantum. S

tage 2: Technical and contractual evaluation of the claim. S
- tudy and compare claim items with approved models and technical specifications. V
- erify and match numbers, quantities, and information in the claim documents. C
- heck legal and contractual requirements related to the claim. S

tage 3: Financial evaluation of the claim. I
- nterface with delay analysis process for all planning/time elements of claims. A
- dvise appropriate methods of delay and program analysis. P
- rovide substantiation and advice related to the client’s claims. U

tage 4: Lessons learned and development of procedures. W
- ork closely with the client’s Contracts Directorate to ensure that the client’s exposure is correctly diagnosed, accurately reported and, where appropriate, effectively mitigated. P
- rovide all appropriate advice and support to the client’s Contracts Directorate departments regarding all disputes. M
- anage the input of the commercial view into the client’s decision-making process around triggering disputes and/or litigation. A
- dhere to and maintain familiarity with any client procedures regarding items such as Contract Administration, Claims Management, Employer’s Claims, and Contractor’s Document Inspection. P
- rovide independent conclusions and recommendations, manage disputes, ensuring that robust contractual, factual, and commercial input is considered. P
- roduce well-written, concise reports and letters with mínimal revisions required. G

eneral Responsibilities: P
- erform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

- egree in construction or legal-related discipline or similar. M
- inimum 10+ years experience in handling and managing claims and disputes on mega projects; P
- rofessional accreditation and membership of industry-leading and internationally recognized institute(s). E
- xtensive experience working with the FIDIC suite of contracts. W
- ide-ranging experience in roles and positions within the construction industry, including roles with clients and contractors/subcontractors. G
- ood work experience on a global scale (preferably work experience in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia) T
- he position requires an Arabic fluent speaker since most of the communication with the client and documents are in Arabic. #
