Business Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends in the hospitality and facilities management sectors.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- **Negotiation**: Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure profitable contracts and long-term partnerships.
- **Networking**: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility and business prospects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the hospitality/facilities management industry in Saudi Arabia
- **Language**:English and Arabic is a must.
- **Skills**:
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the hospitality and facilities management sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
