**Responsibilities**
- Represents the company and the interests of the organization for the success of sales and deals.
- Coordination with engineering teams for projects and financing to sign contracts for project sales that are effective and are implemented smoothly.
- Establish legal and technical agreement contracts with clients on the project objectives and ensure that all project objectives are met.
- Understanding customer requirements and technical aspects to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Evaluate the success of the project against its measurement and share lessons and the best practices with other organizations or project managers.
- Increasing the value of businesses, projects and deals and their profits with offering solutions for products to customers.
- Qualify opportunities and build relationship with customers and facilitate customer and potential customer evaluation of products and related systems as part of the process. Sales share.
- Responsibility for the results of the project sales department by supervising all customer steps, procedures and policies, to know the requirements and technical and non-technical criteria for legal pricing, profit and cost.

- Evaluate the success of the project against its measurement and share lessons or best practices with other organizations or project managers.
- Identifying job opportunities by opening an untapped market to identify new ways.
- Preparing weekly sales reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and activity on a weekly, monthly, annual and periodic basis.
- Achieving monthly targets for sales, projects and collection, according to the performance measurement system for the management and its employees.
- Recruit, deploy, motivate and maintain a strong sales team to support strong sales in the respective areas.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Interior Decoration or in Architectural Engineering.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a project sales supervisor in the furniture and decoration sector.
- At least 5 years of experience as an experience in general in external sales and marketing of furniture and furnishing products.
- Knowledge of pricing and selection of products and suppliers.
- Ability to train sales representatives.
- Ability to motivate sales representatives.

- Ability to hire new sales representatives.
- Ability to build relationships.
