**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain robust document control policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage and lead the document control team, providing guidance and support to daily operations.
- Ensure all project documents, including contracts, reports, and correspondence, are accurately filed, tracked, and archived.
- Establish metrics and trends for monitoring and improving document control performance.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely distribution and availability of documentation.
- Conduct regular audits of document control processes and implement improvements as needed.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on document control procedures and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance document management practices.
- Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in document management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in document control or records management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing document control processes in a large project environment.
- Strong knowledge of document management standards, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred.
