We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a track record in the management and delivery of commercial management services to major construction projects. This role will principally be responsible for the preparation and review of cost plans on AESGs cost consultancy projects across Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of cost management

**Essential Skills**:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) - preferred
- Minimum of 15 (fifteen) years of experience across cost and commercial management
- Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in the Middle East
- Ability to prepare and review cost plans
- CostX / CATO measurement experience
- Excellent MS Suite skills
