**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Marketing Executive with proficiency in Arabic and a background in the food and beverage or hospitality industry to join our marketing team. As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, engaging with Arabic-speaking audiences, and promoting our brand within the hospitality sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our food and beverage offerings and enhance brand awareness within the Arabic-speaking market.
- Manage social media channels in Arabic, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking, to increase followership, engagement, and brand loyalty.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for brand positioning, product innovation, and market expansion within the Arabic-speaking market.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including vendors, agencies, and influencers, to execute marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, activations, and campaigns targeted towards Arabic-speaking audiences, including product launches, tastings, and cultural celebrations.
- Support the creation and localization of marketing materials such as menus, brochures, signage, and advertisements to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and tools that support business development efforts and drive sales within the Arabic-speaking market.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness, to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential
- Previous experience or background in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling and culturally relevant marketing content in Arabic.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, including content management systems, analytics platforms, and scheduling tools.
- Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
