**Requirements**:

- 3+ years sales experience working in selling IT technology services (Oracle, Salesforce, etc)
- IT Staffing experience is an add on
- Experience of working in newer technologies like cloud/block chain/IOT/RPA
- Experience on CRM/ERP/SCM/HCM etc
- An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
- **Fluency in Arabic is preferred**:

**Responsibilities**
- Prospecting and developing new clients to expand and maintain an extensive pipeline of qualified new client opportunities
- Achieving annual sales goals and market penetration targets
- Partnering with internal leaders to introduce company’s solutions to clients
- Understanding the solution and giving initial presentations to the customer
- Co-developing client strategies with Sales and Marketing leadership and other practices
- Defining growth opportunities through industry, client, and competitor analysis
- Assuring high levels of client service and satisfaction
- Product presentation/demonstration
- Provide first-line technical support for software evaluations and/or pilot projects
- Build relationship with prospects or existing customers
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
- Provides coaching and professional development to team
- member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
- Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
- Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
- Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.

**Experience**:

- IT staffing sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Business development manager/sales manager: 3 years (preferred)
- IT solution sales: 3 years (preferred)
