Jacobs is supporting a government organisation to help modernize and develop its communications network and part of this strategy is the implementation & upgrade of the Nationwide Fibre Network. This includes the design, installation supervision & commissioning of fibre optic projects across multiple locations (Central, East and West) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Assistant Procurement Manager will be responsible for Sourcing and Tendering procurement activities (where required), and Contract Management, of a range of low/medium value contacts relating but not limited to the following:

- Team Insurances (medical, vehicles, equipment etc)
- Team Villa Leases
- Facilities Management (office space only)
- Domestic staff/support (i.e., cleaners/chefs)
- Consultancy Services
- Translator Services

In undertaking these duties, the Assistant Procurement Manager will be required to engage confidently with relevant stakeholders (internally and externally) and will be operating in a client facing environment.
