**Position Overview**:
The Business Manager (Resourcing) will work within the Implementation Team at the very beginning of one the most exciting and largest projects in the world. To enable us to deliver, there will be significant staffing and resourcing requirements, with a requirement for 3000 new staff to work on this project. Hence the objective is to hire a Business Manager (Resourcing) to handle the nominations and resourcing process by coordination with client, our fellow partners and recruitment teams.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Receive all staffing requirement from the client and create job description for each role.
- Use the company platform to create job requisition requests for new roles so the talent management team can start gathering CVs.
- Liaise with all recruiters and mobilizers and act as single point of contact between project and HR.
- Feed in updates to the client staffing tracking sheet - Client is using advanced technology called Smartsheet.
- Complete a variety of administrative, clerical, data collection, and report writing tasks related to project staffing.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachlors Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Highly proficient computer literacy with exceptional standards in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software
- The ability to gain a rapid grasp of new and unfamiliar information
- Strong knowledge of PMC systems, processes and procedures
- Skilled and experienced in working on multiple workstreams, managing multiple priorities, working under pressure to achieve multiple short deadlines
- Demonstrable experience of working in close collaboration with Parsons employees across all disciplines and locations, with fellow partner company representatives, and client representatives, in order to achieve excellent outcomes
- A true team player, but also able to work alone diligently with minimum supervision
