Our portfolio company is an A class online marketplace furniture founded in 2019 with a plan to change the game across KSA then the region way forward.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts for our prestigious A Class Furniture Marketplace based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Develops, enhances, and oversees the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
- Develop a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with the social media, product, and design teams.
- Uncover creative and nontraditional methods of growing our customer base.
- Identifies market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape to drive strategic decision-making.
- Ensures the company app, social media accounts, and website are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience.
- A/B test landing pages, website elements, and calls-to-action to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to optimize the user journey and website experience, focusing on increasing conversion rates.
- Foster key relationships with media partners, publishers, and traffic sources.
- Improve ongoing lead generation campaign performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of **min 8 years** in growth marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or furniture industry handling B to C and B to B simultaneously.
- Exposure to the ME Region markets and customers’ behavior.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and campaign creations.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media analytics platforms.
- Experience in holistic growth planning - research, forecasting, planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving market trends.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
