1.To support Local Value implementation and reporting of Yokogawa’s Local Value Plan in line with guidelines and processes under the supervision and guidance of the Local Value Leadership. Function entails understanding and assisting in coordinating, collecting, communicating, and reporting relevant data & related activities internally (YMA, YKSA and YSSA) and in some cases externally through the leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Coordinate and follow up the assimilation, organizing, archiving, and reporting related Local Value performance measurement under the supervision of the Local Value Specialist / Leadership. Assist in measuring the Local Value percentage for company level, project level, and product level. Assist in providing local value annual, quarterly, and monthly reports as per iktva and LCGPA standards. Support YKSA Sales and Engineering teams in fulfilling Local Value requirements. Support Local Value Leadership in preparation of internal and external packages & submissions for all Local Value inquiries. Assist in documenting and automating Local Value related process and procedures. Assist in creating all Local Value reports / presentations required by internal and external stakeholders. Provide the required support during Local Value events and engagement with external stakeholders. Provide the required support to fulfill related Local Value programs and initiatives mandated/recommended by different government entities and main stakeholders’ programs and initiatives. Any other related work assigned by YKSA executive's office (COO & SEVP) including but not limited to tasks and engagements with internal or external parties and entities.

Qualification and Experience

Overall industry / business related acceptable level of awareness. Bachelor’s degree in business administration (preferably accounting). Open for Saudi Nationals only (both genders). Fresh graduate or less than 3 years of experience elsewhere.

- Incumbent must demonstrate developed interpersonal professional soft skills in general, show effectiveness in all forms of communications, organizational, analytical and business skills, discipline & time management skills, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information and records.
- Humility, integrity, and presentability are key.

- Effective communication skill both English and Arabic / written and spoken
- Proper business English writing skills
- Financial and business acumen
- MS-Office Applications (Word / Excel / Access / PowerPoint / Outlook)
