**The Company**:
An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.

**About the Role**:
Directs Almarai Talent Management (TM) processes, supports the achievement of business priorities and strengths the talent and leadership pipeline through talent identification, development, and succession planning by developing the specific development initiatives and cooperation with best world executive education facilities.

**ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION**:
Bachelor degree psychology or sociology. Certification in psychometrics tests.

**NON-ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION**:
OD qualification, or equivalent professional knowledge gained through the significant experience working as an OD specialist or as an HR generalists with OD focus.

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**:
8-12 years of overall experience out of which 5 years working as TM & OD Manager in multicultural) organisation.

Able to demonstrate up to date knowledge and theory and good practice in the following areas: - Organisation development particularly around talent management and succession planning. - L&D, particularly management development and talent management.
