Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Organisational Management **manager to join our team In this role you will plans, develops, implements and administers development and training programs for company employees. The manager also acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organisation.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Work with the Project teams to develop them into an integrated, effective and efficient organisation.
- To integrate the Project into the wider prgramme organisation.
- Drive a collaborative, flexible approach to delivery which is able to anticipate and respond quickly to change.
- To help build a transformational mindset which pushes boundaries and actively seeks to innovate.
- To work with Delivery Partner organization's to develop a ‘single identity’ to enable delivery of the project.
- Support Project teams to develop them into an integrated, effective and efficient organisation.
- To manage the organisational management function.
- To support teams development.
- To support Directors across THE LINE with the development of effective and efficient teams.
- To provide development plans and progress reports.

- Strong experience in organisation co-ordination.
- Complex stakeholder and interface management experience.
- A leader and collaborative approach.
- Complex stakeholder and interface management experience.
- Strong co-ordination skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced and pressured environments, whilst being able to maintain clear decision making.
- Capable of working within a multi-discipline team and across multiple interfaces.
- Conflict Management - Reads situations quickly; good at focused listening; can find common ground and secure cooperation and constructive outcomes with minimum disruption.
- Clear Direction - Defining and prioritising objectives, analysing inputs, assessing and challenging data, defining strategies and supporting rationales.
- Able to effectively communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the business

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in training and development or organizational development.
- 5 years of training experience, and at least 3 years of management experience.
- Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
- CPLP credential, preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, preferred.
