**Job Description** ROLE PURPOSE**:
The learning and development partner is responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees by support their skills enhancement with the proper training.

Main role to assess company-wide developmental needs, to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions. Moreover, actively to search, creatively design, and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and skills development.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Prepare L&D plans aligning with ASR career path and Human Resources roadmap.
- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the ASR objectives strategic goals.
- Prepare and maintain the training budget and utilize it for achieving the Main skills development roadmap.
- Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies training events.
- Communicating and build relationships with (Universities, institutes, and other learning organizations) to facilitate L&D programs execution.
- Conducts follow-up studies, questionnaires of all completed L&D programs to evaluate results and KPIS.
- Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of L&D programs and events.
- Modifies programs as needed to be aligned with Business requirements and new challenges.
- Exemplifies the ASR culture and philosophies of the organization and
- Identifying key performance indicators for L&D programs to ensuring HR ASR strategy and targets.
- Prepare the quarterly annual training reports to Analyze and evaluate L&D programs execution outcomes.
- Embracing and implementing various types of training to retain ASR talents by supporting their skill development and career empowerment.

**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
- Should be fluent in English written and spoken.
