**Job Summary**:
Function as the Admin manager for the facility, provide administrative support for efficient office operations, filing, invoicing, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Additionally, administrative support is provided to ensure the smooth operation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY**:

- update Kronos system as required.
- Making travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations if required.
- Providing information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintaining inventory for office supplies/ stationery by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Generating/creating invoices through JDE system.
- Backup support for raising and receipting purchase orders.
- Ensuring compliance with company HSEMS, QMS, policies, and procedures.
- Managing ISSR account with Aramco to issue Aramco IDs and stickers for personnel under the contract. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

**EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5 years of administrative experience
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
- Fluent written and spoken command of English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as JDE
- Computer Skills (Excellent Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel) required.
- Excellent English Language Skills (Reading, Writing and Speaking) required.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
