Atkins, a member of SNC Lavalin Group, is looking for an experienced **Senior PMO Manager (Architect/Urban Planner) **to join one of the exciting projects in Neom, KSA

**Job Summary**:

- Ability to understand details of large-scale masterplans and infrastructure design
- Leadership role in setting up and managing the masterplans and building specifications, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful delivery of network capacity on time
- Strong ability to prepare, develop, and edit drawings and presentations
- Qualitative architectural design reviews, analysis, comments, directions, and recommendations
- Manage and produce deliverables in accordance with NEOM standards and policies

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Managing a design team developing asset designs. Plans, schedules, organizes, coordinates, and ensures the design work is executed on projects of all scales.
- Prepare SoW, specifications, reports, and related data
- Technical detailing and construction administration experience
- Ability to solve design issues in a creative and pragmatic way by developing multiple design options that meet the design approach and budget
- Manage communication, coordination, and management of consultants, contractors, and various NEOM departments/sectors

**Requirements**:

- Master’s in Architecture / Urban Design / Landscape Design or related discipline
- 8-15 years’ relevant experience in Urban Planning, Architecture, and/or Structural Engineering
- Experience in a planning authority environment or consultancy
- Extensive project management experience with emphasis on large projects and complex programs
- Understanding of financial, commercial, and risk management of projects and ability to transmit the same to others
- A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
