**Our client who is in the Transportation industry is hiring for the position of Sales Executive.**

**Years of Experience: 5-8 years**

**Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.**
- **Business Development**: Identify potential clients and generate leads within the logistics sector, including freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, market expansion, and client acquisition.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their logistics requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- **Presentations and Proposals**: Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing logistics solutions and services.
- **Negotiations**: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients to close deals that align with company goals.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use this data to inform sales strategies.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery and meet client expectations.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, pipeline development, and sales performance against targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics services, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and logistics software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
