Join our dynamic organization as an experienced **Head of IT Enterprise Operations** and play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of our IT services to our valued Enterprise users. In this influential position, you will lead a highly skilled team and champion the continuous improvement of our IT operations to meet and exceed the expectations of our diverse user base. **Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the uninterrupted operations of the company sites and premises
- Manage the IT suppliers and ensure reliable and effective services procurement and delivery
- Support business growth with IT infrastructure improvement and expansion projects
- Drive constant improvements of our IT Services, provided to the Enterprise users
- Overview the consumption and cost optimization
- Explore, propose, and deliver new solutions for productivity and collaboration
- Lead the team of engineers providing on-site support and infrastructure maintenance
- Champion the best practices implementations and local talent development

**Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and security
- Solid project management skills, with experience overseeing large-scale projects
- Exposure to ITIL concepts and adoption
- Experience with regulatory compliance and information security requirements
- Vast tendering and suppliers management experience
- Budget development and management experience
- Ability to lead, inspire, and guide the team
- Strong customer orientation approach with a delivery bias
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
