**JD for Brand Dealership Manager - KSA**

**Job Summary**

To assume leadership responsibility for managing the operations of a Chinese brand (fuel-powered vehicles) secondary agency in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This entails establishing effective communication channels with the main manufacturer, conducting negotiations pertaining to agency agreements, and overseeing the development and management of automobile sales showrooms, team building initiatives, and operational processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Establishing Agency Relations**:

- Act as the primary liaison between the secondary agency and the main manufacturer.
- Negotiate and finalize agency agreements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and legal requirements.
- Foster positive and productive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.

**Showroom Development and Management**:

- Oversee the establishment and management of automobile sales showrooms in accordance with brand standards and guidelines.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of showroom construction, setup, and staffing.
- Implement effective inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and ensure availability of desired models.

**Team Building and Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled team of sales professionals, administrative staff, and technicians.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to enhance team performance and foster a culture of excellence.
- Set clear performance targets and KPIs, and regularly assess and review team progress.

**Operational Oversight**:

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Continuously strive to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Chinese brand automobile industry within the Saudi Arabian market.
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in automotive dealership management, with a focus on fuel-powered vehicles.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating agency agreements and managing dealership operations.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and dealership management software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
