Automotive Dealer Sales Manager

- Manage the dealer sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Control stock allocation and variances to optimize inventory management.
- Prepare sales forecasts for the dealer department and implement strategies to meet targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, offering guidance and training to enhance sales performance.
- Plan and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of vehicles to dealerships.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to network, build partnerships, and stay updated on industry developments
