**Role **Summary**:
The primary responsibility of the Educator is to ensure adherence to SOP’s and procedures, adherence to state and federal regulations, and directly supervise pharmacists. The PIC will work directly with the Country Dire ctor to ensure production goals are achieved, assist with investigations, assist in daily operational pharmacy duties, monitor training and work with training/compliance team to ensure all training is up to date.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Represent the company in all regulatory audits, visits, and communication and m aintain compliance with all regulatory agencies.
- Liaison with the quality department.
- Answer clinical questions from health professionals and provide product information.
- Principal Accountabilities: _
- To achieve operational excellence, minimize product loss and ensure staff safety within the Company Distribution processes.
- Responsible to ensure medications are stored in the correct manner.
- Keeping track of all necessary licenses both personal and company and keeping them updated as per Governmental requirements
- Licensed pharmacist shall manage controlled drugs as per rules laid down by MOH
Management of documentation archiving and record keeping
- Implement ISO in the Organization and adopt standard practices.
- Follow and implement standard operating policies and local legislation.
- Problem solving, leading negotiations, crisis management with necessary governmental and regulatory authorities as required
- Managing HAAD authority quality program (violations & e xcellence requirements) with respect to Drug Store practice
Implementing and formulating KPI’s (key performance indicators).
- Samples Distribution _
- Approving monthly samples to the sales team.
- Will make sure all such sample issues are to be stamped “free medical sample not for sale” as per the rules governed by M.O.H.
- Maintaining manual log register for free medical samples as per M.O.H. rules.
- Issuing samples/free goods to regulatory affairs or to some customers upon request.
- Entire samples to be issued from Computer system within the month and keeping its records.
- Providing samples for various purposes such as Free of Cost to M.O.H staff or for registration renewal etc.
- Maintaining manual register for free medial samples & control the stock movements.

**Required Qualifications **/Experience**:

- The Pharmacist in Charge shall maintain at all times a pharmacist license that is in good standing and current.
- 5-8 years pharmacy experience and a good understanding of quality and compliance requirements.
- Proven effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with standard ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience interpreting compliance requirements and regulations is required.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- Able to establish robust processes, develop performance standards, track performance through fact driven exercises, and implement solutions to drive continuous process improvements.
- Demonstrates skills to solve complex problems in a wide variety of high pressure situations which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovativeness. In situations where precedent may not exist, is able to independently exercise judgment, determine appropriate solution and take action.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to be adaptable and flexible.
- Demonstrates proven knowledge of business and management principles.
- Previous experience working with auditors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies.
- Valid MOH and HAAD license
