On behalf of our client, we are looking for an HR Manager Assistant
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Vendor Management**:
- Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on organizational needs and requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and contractual obligations.
- Conduct periodic vendor assessments to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, contracts, and documentation.
- **HR Operations Support**:
- Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and file management.
- Support the recruitment and selection process by coordinating with external vendors and agencies.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics related to vendor management and other HR functions.
- **Compliance and Policy**:
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to vendor management.
- Ensure vendor compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update vendor management policies and guidelines.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Foster positive and collaborative relationships with vendors, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align vendor services accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience as an HR Manager Assistant or in a similar HR role with a focus on vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management principles, practices, and tools.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate vendor performance and manage vendor relationships.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and processes.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and data manipulation techniques.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
