Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Corporate Research and Investigation Company Full time

Position holder will be responsible for:
2- Managing and assisting in Payroll management system.

3- Maintaining attendance and leaves record on the CRI HRMS portal management

4- Assisting HR Manager in Performance Management System which includes not limited to coordinating with different HODs and team members as and when required and scheduling evaluations meetings.

5- Assisting in Training and Development activities.

6- Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and activities as and when required.

7- Assist in implementing employee engagement and retention activities to increase productivity and employee satisfaction.

8- Assisting in updating HR policy and employee handbook development

9- Drafting and assisting in development of various HR reports as and when required

10- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.

11- Manage and coordinate Employment VISA activities for employees.

12- Assisting HR Manager in other operational tasks which included but not limited management of medical insurance, proper documentation offboarding document, employee engagement activities,

13- Identify and resolve HR related issues of the organization in an effective and efficient manner as and when required.

14- Ensuring employees data on HR portal is accurate and updated.

15- Assisting in improving overall HR processes

16- Ensuring that all employee files are updated.

**Admin Responsibilities**:
2- Responsible for maintaining employee directories.

3- Takes and delivers accurate phone messages, with call back numbers, area codes, and names written, and promptly relays messages to the proper person.

4-Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges/cards.

5- Maintaining monthly inventory list and drafting purchase orders for the inventory. Ensuring that grocery, stationery, and medicine are in stocks.

6- Maintains telecommunication system for phone and console operation.

7- Responsible for filing & faxing as well as typing specific documentation.

8- Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels

9- Handle and manage travel requirements for KSA office employees.

10-Responsible for efficient purchasing of inventory, supplies, stationery and capital equipment.


**Qualification and Requirement**:
1- Must have bachelor’s degree in human resource management or MBA degree

2- Preferred to have certifications in HR such as SHRM, CHRM, or CIPD

3- Must have 1-2 years’ experience in HR role.

4- Must have experience in obtaining Saudi Iqama (VISA) for Non
- Saudi employees.

5- Must have good understanding in Saudi Employment law and regulations.

6- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

7- Must be proactive and creative.
