**Scope**:We are seeking an HR Specialist you will be responsible for handling and enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and training programs to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

**Personnel & Payroll**:

- Assist with personnel administration, including maintaining employee records and handling HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing activities by providing necessary information and ensuring accuracy.

**Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss recruitment progress and challenges.

**Data Management & Reporting**:

- Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making and improve processes.

**Compliance & Best Practices**:

- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good knowledge of Saudi labor law.
- Previous experience in logistics, or any related field preferred.
- +3 years of experience in HR.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Working Hours: 9-5 (Sun-Thursday)
- Working Model: Onsite

Pay: From ﷼6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
