Front Desk Supervisor

Eram Talent is currently seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our hospitality team. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Your main duties will include overseeing the front desk team, managing guest inquiries and requests, and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise. You will also be responsible for training and developing front desk staff, as well as ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

- Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle guest concerns effectively
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
