Junior Project Coordinator

We are currently hiring for the position of Project Coordinator. As a Talent Acquisition Consultancy, Eram Talent is committed to providing outstanding recruitment solutions that satisfy clients' needs with highly skilled professionals from various industries. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and implementation of various projects within the organization.
This position is responsible for managing the clients, communicating on technical & commercial issues, achieving client’s expectations for quality & delivery by continually aligning the client’s requirements.
**Principal Accountabilities**:
- Ensure timely communications with the client on project status; update all internal interested parties including the technical team.
- Receive the PO “Purchase Order” from the client and analyze it on quality, specifications, quantity, price.
- Follow up with the clients for the payments including advance payment, credit payment.
- Create and update client dashboard to track the delivery status.
- Supervise the suppliers; obtain quotations and analyze the quotations.
- Drive continuous improvement in the quotation and delivery process by detailed post-project reviews.
- Visit the sites for commercial or material issues as needed.
- Conduct regular status meetings with all interested parties, keeping the stakeholder's needs and requirements continuously in view.
- Train and supervise the team members.
- Direct the enquiries received to the respective Engineering Team member and ensure timely action is taken.
- Gather the approved technical quotations from the respective Engineering Team and assign to the Purchase/Estimation Team for Pricing.
- Assign the final quotation preparation task to Document Controller ensuring that the quotation is prepared as per the defined procedure; share the final quotation with the respective Customer/Sales Account within the specified deadline.
- Receive the order, acknowledge the receipt of orders and assign to the respective Engineering Team member.
- Collect the approved reviewed technical submittals from the respective Engineering Team and assign to the Purchase/Estimation Team for Pricing.
- Coordinate with the Projects and Finance Team to keep a track on Invoicing.
- Ensure all the RFQ “Receipt of Request for Quotation” procedures are followed by the Document Controller.
- Manage all aspects of project coordination to ensure that the overall project is aligned to achieve strategic objectives.
- Generate document filing and organizing system that is both effective and efficient.
- Conduct regular document audits to supervise the performance of the direct reports.
- Coordinate with the respective Projects Team, Document Controller to verify all the communication with respect to the project(s) including Change of Scope, Revisions, Comments and Responses, Submittals, Submittals Versions is recorded as per the designed procedures.
- Ensure that the work is done within the assigned deadlines.
- Keep up to date on industry trends and developments.
- Perform any other duties which the department or line manager may require to be carried out.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree / Associate Degree / Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination.
- Can Join Immediately.
- Fluent in English, Arabic speaking preferred.
- Ability to prepare and interpret schedules and action plans.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
