Riyadh, Saudi Arabia King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre Full time

Provides professional supportto the department on research, development and maintenance of all Hospital legislative,administrative, and communicative documents that are under the CorporateGovernance (CG) function. Conducts a periodic systematic review of CG relatedfunction documents, ensures that new/revised document meet requirements, andconducts studies in the field of CG.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Develops,reviews, and analyses proposed and existing legislativedocuments under the CG function.
2. Analysis the new or revisedCommittee Formation Order (CFO) based on the Organization Policies and/orProcedures and Organization Structure.
3. Assists in the transformationto, and development of, electronic forms and processes and the development ofan Organization wide integrated management information system.
4. Developsand maintains an effective hospital documents monitoring mechanism under the CGfunction.
5. Organizes and develops a studyplan for assigned projects. Recommends studies, and determines the objectives,scope, requirements, methodology, and time frames with the departmentspecialist/head.
6. Recommends and improves thepolicies, processes, guidelines, control, and work flow to improve effectivenessand efficiency of CG department throughout the Organization documents.
7. Assists in training andorienting the new staff to the efficient and effective handling of departmentactivities and responsibilities.
8. Maintains knowledge on currenttrends in specialty and makes recommendations for improvement. Assists in thedevelopment of recommendations to enhance hospital operations andeffectiveness. Lends technical support to other departments as required.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degreein Governance, Corporate Governance, Law, Management, Hospital/ BusinessAdministration, Public Administration or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Five (5) years ofrelated experience with Master's or seven (7) years with Bachelor's Degree in relatedprofessional experience, is required.

SaudiNational Only.
