**Job Description**:
Position Purpose
To provide support to the internal clients (Commercial, Asset Field Team, Logistics, Finance) and external clients in order to ensure the integrity of the pooling control system moreover solve the clients queries and control system issues in measurable time, accuracy and effectively hence to reach the perception of value for money and customer care is entrenched in the minds of our clients.
Key Accountabilities
Customer Contact Coordinator
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Assist in the implementation of new business and /or product offers including DPL
- Assist in reviewing the SOP documents ensuring they are up to date and aligned with key stakeholders
- Provide client/staff training in equipment control procedures
- Solve clients/staff CHEP systems technical issues and queries
- Ensure Cases are serviced as per SLA
- Assist with controlling and managing the cash sales customers and deposit management system
- Assist with Stock Counts in regards to LEC process
- Provide the required support to customers to transfer out pallets to the retailers and wholesalers
- Submit collection requests via Salesforce to help logistics to plan the trucks and collect pallets on time which improve the FTR
- Issue invoices (and SOA) to customers as per agreed timeline
- Assist with the credit control function in collection payments by following up with clients
TEMS Account (FINE)
- Reconcile customer accounts packaging and non-food categories on a regular basis with detailed focus on specific account
- Proactively analyzing customer accounts and reconciliations to resolve any quires on account and resolve timeously
- Providing monthly CRM reports to TEMs Supervisor/clients with in-depth analysis
- Assist with ensuring the customer data is of quality on Salesforce.
- Managing controls through myCHEP
- Monitor Holding Period of pallets at the Plant and Depots
- Follow up on all Depots where balance exceeds target balance - liaise with Depot managers
- Resolution of queries and disputes between Emitters, DC and Depots
- Escalate all unresolved pallet issues to CHEP and Principles management if unresolved for 7 days
- Manage the opening of new users on myCHEP
Preferred Education
Bachelors - Business Administration/Management
Preferred Level of Work Experience
1 - 3 years
