**About this opportunity **

We are now looking for an EHS role in Managed Services Project, are you interested? As an EHS Project Officer, you will manage EHS team, efficiently align with operations team to implement Ericsson EHS Programs with operation, and excel in performance measurements & KPIs within and between operations on customer project, to build an environment that supports efficiency and continuous improvements. Additionally, you will secure close partnerships within Managed Services market area projects, to upgrade competence and Knowledge in all EHS practices.

**What you will do**
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) point regarding Environment, Health & Safety Activities within managed service customer project where you will:

- Develop/review, implement and supervise Project EHS Plan and baseline Risk Assessment
- Manage Project EHS incidents investigations & implementation of corrective actions
- Support on processes review and responsible for deployment of process changes
- Upholding Project EHS Governance program and presenting compliance & Performance status summary
- Improve incidents reporting culture and act as the lead advisor on project incidents’ investigations as per Ericsson standards and following up on determined corrective and preventive actions
- Drive realization of Market Area assigned EHS KPIs, initiatives and deployed programs with special on Driving & Vehicles safety and Contractor EHS maturity improvement
- Customize & deploy EHS awareness program and inductions internally with in-house employees & service providers

**You will bring **
- Education: A recognized formal OHS qualification e.g., bachelor degree, EHS Diploma or NEBOSH IGC in Occupational Safety and Health and/or ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor)
- Min years of experience: 5-10 years Remote sites & workforce EHS experience Prior Knowledge of Telecommunication Industry is an advantage

**Additional Requirements**:

- Hybrid Workplace: ability to perform remotely as well as in office environment
