Facilitate the Scrum process, ensuring adherence to Scrum theory, practices, and rules.
- Guide and coach the Scrum team on self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives).
- Assist the Product Owner in managing the Product Backlog and ensuring its readiness.
- Shield the team from external interference to maintain focus during the Sprint.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address impediments and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Promote Agile principles and values within the organization.
- Foster innovation and a continuous improvement mindset within the team.
- Resolve conflicts within the team and encourage open communication.
- Serve as a change agent to drive the adoption of Agile methodologies.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferably at a post-graduate level
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
- English: Advanced & Arabic is preferred.

**Key Responsibility**:

- Act as a servant leader, guiding the team to achieve their Sprint goals.
- Monitor and track team progress, ensuring the timely completion of tasks.
- Remove impediments and roadblocks to maintain team productivity.
- Assist in defining and refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Help the team maintain a focus on the Sprint goals and ensure adherence to time frames.
- Foster an environment for effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Implement metrics to evaluate team performance and enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
- Coach team members in Agile practices and ensure best practices are followed.
- Encourage a culture of adaptability and resilience in response to change

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully leading Agile/Scrum teams.
Experience in coaching and mentoring team members in Agile practices.
