**Job Purpose**:
Facilitate design and implementation of all learning and development programs and processes, including development programs, high-potential, leadership, c-level and fresh graduate programs, competency framework development and mapping, career growth, and succession planning. Act as a competency champion and coordinate with all relevant parties in mapping the competencies in various HR activities

**Key Accountabilities**:

- **Training and development**:Conduct the training needs analysis in coordination with the business. Arrange training related logistics and coordination as necessary.
- **High-potential**:Develop and facilitate implementation of the company's high-potential program by coordinating with the business for nomination and assessment of high-potentials. Coordinate the assessment process for high-potentials in coordination with the business and assessment providers where applicable. Work with the business to develop key successors and identify development needs as well as individual development plans. Coordinate the end-to-end process for fresh graduate programs to strengthen program elements.
- **Career management & Leadership Programs**:Develop and maintain Company's career management program and ensure program linkages to relevant HR programs and policies. Ensure that managers and employees are aware of career management policies and guidelines and provide managers with the necessary knowledge and information to carry out effective conversations with employees. Develop and facilitate implementation of the company's leadership and management programs by coordinating with executives and managements.
- **Competency Framework Development**:Develop and maintain the company's competency framework in coordination with the business. Map competencies to roles and ensure linkages to other HR and talent management programs. Ensure that managers and employees are aware of the competencies required for their role and that other concerned teams within HR have access to an updated competency framework
- **Succession Planning**:Develop and maintain the company's succession planning program and policy. Facilitate implementation of the succession planning process, including critical role identification, nomination, assessment, and development planning for talent pools in coordination with the Head of Talent Management and senior management. Complete succession planning forms and reports based on recommendations from Head of Talent Management.

**Job Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Bushiness or Administration or related
- 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Certification in Human Resources (CIPD/SPHR/CPLP) is preferred.
