**Responsibilities**:

- Support the talent development manager in designing and developing talent development programs as well as learning and development solutions.
- Responsible for the delivery of talent development programs along with the HR business partners and other stakeholders.
- Report the progress of all talent development programs and the learning and development solutions.
- Support the operations of the knowledge management solutions.

**Program Design, Development and Facilitation**
- Facilitate and oversee implementation of talent development programs.
- Evaluate and provide development structure and programs for associate and leader succession plans.

**Program Evaluation and Analytics**
- Evaluate programs regularly to determine gaps, consistency, relevance and ability to impact business needs.
- Analyze data to discern common areas to be addressed or improved.
- Support the development of initiatives for continuous improvement.

**Individual, Team and Area Specific Development**
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and managers to effectively implement career pathing strategy that aligns with the existing professional development efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, communications, organizational development/leadership, organizational psychology, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Certified in business or HR is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to successfully work in an environment with a high degree of change.
- Good ability to present in Arabic and English
