Technical Sales Specialist

Purpose of the Job:
To achieve monthly and annual sales revenue targets for Petrochemicals & Refining Sector for full range of Aggreko products and services in Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Specialist for Aggreko’s Petrochemicals & Refining [PCR] Sector business in Saudi Arabia.
You will be responsbile for refineries & petrochemical plants located in Jeddah, Rabigh, Yanbu & Jazan. You will be based on Yanbu or Jeddah.
Aggreko rents engineered solutions consisting of Chillers, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers & Generators that help Saudi Aramco & Sabic process plants meet their cooling needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit Saudi Aramco & Sabic plants regularly - 50-60% of time
- Build relationships: Process, Maintenance & Procurement departments of Saudi Aramco & Sabic
- Generate RFQs, build value proposition, prepare quotes in Salesforce, and convert them into orders
- Work closely with Sector Leader for PCR & Area Managers in Saudi Arabia
- Provide Servicing of existing customer base and maintaining good working relations.
- Promote all Aggreko products, solutions and services at all times.
- Ensure all customer and opportunty details are managed and maintained in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in line with Aggreko’s procedures.
- Prepare Territory Sales Plans (TSP) for the assigned territory or market sector in line with Aggreko’s procedures.
- To support the sales team with technical assistance if and when required.
- Conduct presentations of new products to those existing and potential customers.
- Generate and receive enquiries from customers, quoting for the work, negotiating contracts and securing orders.
- Secure orders with credit approved terms as per procedures.
- Provide proactive information about relevant market activities within the assigned geographical territory.
- Displays a commitment to Operational Excellence activities.

Person Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Preferrably 5 years of experience in technical sales of HVAC equipment like Chillers, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers & Generators selling to Saudi Aramco & Sabic
- Preferrably has existing contacts in Saudi Aramco and SABIC refineries in process, maintenance & procurement departments
- Availability to travel as and when required
- Depot based job but requires frequent visits to the sites and extensive driving
- Has knowledge in mechanical or electrical field or both

- Fluent command of Arabic language, spoken and written is mandatory
- Possession of valid local driving license as per the need of the business
